The last few days have been busy getting things done for Jon is coming home. :) So I have missed a couple of days of blogging.
First of all, the REAL game in Saturday sucked and then it kind of over flower into my own indoor game. Hahaha! I twisted my ankle at the game, therefore have not been able to do my regular work out. But I was still able to walk.
At work I have been walking on my break. It doesn't just help my work out but clears my head for the middle of the day. I have 2 co-workers I walk with and we decided to work out/weight train during lunch about 2 to 3 times a week. Today is our first day on doing it so we will see if we can keep it up for more than a month.
I love it that I do have that opportunity do work out during work. Makes it a little easier stay on top of my goal.
