Jon came home from work. So that last 2 weeks have been hard to fit everything into my day. Whenever Jon comes home it seems like we try to fit a full month into 2 weeks to make up time. That is definitely a con to his job.
Well he left for another month this morning. The next 4 weeks I will be busy but I will have more time for me this rotation. I am going to make a small goal. . . . Work out every day for 30 days straight. For the days that are recommended as rest days are going to be stretching/flexibility days. Some might say flexibility is not that big of a concern when getting fit. But I danced and did gymnastics for most of my life and to me to be flexible will help me do more things physically. It will also help me lose the fat and create lean muscle.
Food wise, I will be focusing on portion sizes and no snacks.
So here it goes. . . . 30 days straight of working out. I have loaded my audio books and am ready to go.
